Bring it in
Come to the Escaldes-Engordany shop during opening hours. If you prefer, message us first on WhatsApp or in the chat.

Diagnosis and quote
We check the computer and tell you what's wrong and how much the repair costs. Nothing gets done without your go-ahead.

Repair
We fix it in our workshop with new parts and test it before handing it back.

Pick it up
We let you know as soon as it's ready to collect.

Do you repair computers that weren't bought at MEGA SYSTEM?

Yes. We repair computers of any brand, wherever you bought them.

How much does a repair cost?

It depends on the fault and the parts. We check the computer first and give you the price; we only repair it if you agree.

How long does it take?

It depends on the fault and on whether a part has to be ordered. We tell you the timeframe when we give you the quote.

Do you do data recovery?

No, we don't do data recovery. If there are important files on the computer, make a copy before bringing it in.

Do I need an appointment?

No: just come in during opening hours. If you want to make sure we can help, message us first on WhatsApp.
