Legal framework
We process your data in accordance with Law 29/2021 of 28 October on the protection of personal data (LQPD) of the Principality of Andorra and its implementing regulations.
What data we process and why
Your account data (name, email and encrypted password) to manage your access; your order data to ship and invoice your orders and handle warranty claims; and your email address, if you subscribe, to send you offers.
The legal basis is the performance of the sales contract, compliance with legal obligations and, for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, your consent.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as the account is active, and billing data for the periods required by Andorran tax law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also delete your account from the My account section.
If you believe we have not properly upheld your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
