Frequently asked questions
How long will my PC take to arrive?
In-stock PCs are built and tested in 24-48 hours. We deliver within 24 hours to every parish in Andorra, or you can pick it up at our Escaldes-Engordany store. Custom builds take 2-3 more working days.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. All prices include Andorran IGI (4.5%), shown separately on your invoice.
What warranty do your built PCs come with?
A three-year full warranty on parts and labour, with free home collection and delivery. We repair in our own workshop in under 72 working hours.
Do you install Windows and the drivers?
Yes. Every PC ships with Windows 11 installed and activated, updated drivers, the latest BIOS and EXPO/XMP memory profiles enabled.
Can I return a product?
You have 30 calendar days to return any product, no questions asked. Collection is free.
Do you upgrade PCs I didn't buy from you?
Yes. Bring it to our workshop or book a collection: we'll swap the graphics card, processor, cooling or whatever you need, and test it just like a new PC.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes. You can collect it free of charge from our workshop in Escaldes-Engordany as soon as we let you know it's ready.
