All PCs built in our workshop come with a 3-year full warranty covering parts and labour.
If your PC fails, we collect it from your home free of charge within Andorra, repair it within 72 working hours of its arrival and return it to you fully re-tested.
Individual components
Components sold separately carry the applicable legal guarantee and, where applicable, the manufacturer's extended warranty. We handle the RMA for you.
What's not covered
Damage caused by impacts, liquids or improper handling, and normal wear and tear of cosmetic parts.
